This is a high-performance ceramic/metal power pentode designed for use as a highly linear Class AB1 linear amplifier. It may also be used as a high-gain Class C amplifier in HF RF industrial processing applications such as plasma generation, sputtering and semiconductor manufacturing. Its filament is precision fabricated in a cylindrical mesh configuration for exceptional mechanical stability and long life. |
